THIS FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT WAS OBSERVED OPERATING WITH OUT A VALID LICENSE ISSUED FOR THE 2022 YEAR BY THE KANKAKEE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF SECTION 22 CHAPTER 83 OF THE KANKAKEE COUNTY FOOD SERVICE SANITATION ORDINANCE. THIS FACILITY HAS PAID AND SUBMITTED ONSITE THE REQUIRED LICENSE APPLICATION FOR THE 2022 FOOD SANITATION LICENSE. NO FURTHER VIOLATIONS ARE NOTED AT THIS TIME. |
